Workforce Diversity

CIFS™ believes that workforce diversity allows the difference of individuals, of all backgrounds, to prevail in the workforce giving them creative space to contribute in line with unique experiences. Workforce diversity is beneficial financially by elevating productivity levels of employees and generating greater output. To help further our initiative, we host a Career Expo to welcome new talent into an aging industry. CIFS™ partners with companies of all facets of the financial services industry to allow them to diversify their workforce and recruit fresh talent.

Career & Personal Development

CIFS™ hosts initiatives throughout the year to promote career and personal development. The National FinServ Expo, an annual conference for financial services professionals to learn about tools and best practices to implement measurable shifts within their personal lives and businesses in an ever-changing industry that requires agility. Additionally, through the CIFS™ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Certification Training Programs, the goal is to strengthen DEI and decision making/judgment capabilities in order to increase the potential for stronger outcomes from a business and personal perspective.

Financial Literacy

CIFS™ presents a quarterly web series designed to provide financial literacy and best DEI practices to the viewers and their business. FinServ Now! provides live interviews and opportunities for viewers to interact with noted leaders from various sectors of the Financial Services Industry. FinServ Now!, a powerful blend of compelling conversations meets masterclass – with career and personal elevating networking built in.

Supplier Diversity

CIFS™ presents FinServ Summits, regional meetings highlighting the importance of DEI in the workforce and economic and housing market updates. FinServ Summits concentrate on the recruiting of small business, minority-owned businesses and women-owned businesses to gain access to larger organizations’ supplier panels. Supplier diversity combines the best of our desires for a better, more equitable world and the drive to be a competitive leader in the industry.
